Panel

The Panel page displays the details of the configured panels. For more information on panel configuration, see Account Overview.

To monitor the panel status:

  1. In the left pane, click Diagnostics. The Communicator page appears.

  2. Click the Panel tab. The Panel page appears.

  3. Under Panel Status pane, you can click:

At the top right corner of the Panel Status pane, you can click:

  • Reboot Panel to restart the panel.

Monitoring Area Status

The Area Status pane enables you to monitor the status of the configured area.

To monitor the area status:

  1. In the left pane, click Diagnostics. The Communicator page appears.

  2. Click the Panel tab. The Panel page appears.

Under Area Status, the area status is fetched from the communicator and then displayed.

Monitoring Zone Status

The Zone Status pane enables you to monitor the status of the configured zones.

To monitor the zone status:

  1. In the left pane, click Diagnostics. The Communicator page appears.

  2. Click the Panel tab. The Panel page appears.

  3. Click the icon of the Zone Status. The FILTER ZONES appear.

  4. You can filter and select the zones based on the following options:

  5. Click Apply to apply the selected filter.

All the configured zones, along with the Device Type, Response Type, and the Status details are displayed.

At the top right corner of the Panel tab, you can click Refresh Panel Status to obtain the status of the selected panel.
