The Panel page displays the details of the configured panels. For more information on panel configuration, see Account Overview.
To monitor the panel status:
In the left pane, click Diagnostics. The Communicator page appears.
Click the Panel tab. The Panel page appears.
Under Panel Status pane, you can click:
Time on Panel: To monitor the panel time.
AC Power Status: To monitor the status of the AC Power to the panel.
Battery Status: To monitor the battery status of the panel.
Firmware Version: To view the version of the firmware.

The Area Status pane enables you to monitor the status of the configured area.
To monitor the area status:
In the left pane, click Diagnostics. The Communicator page appears.
Click the Panel tab. The Panel page appears.
Under Area Status, the area status is fetched from the communicator and then displayed.
The Zone Status pane enables you to monitor the status of the configured zones.
To monitor the zone status:
In the left pane, click Diagnostics. The Communicator page appears.
Click the Panel tab. The Panel page appears.
Click the
icon of the Zone Status. The
FILTER ZONES appear.
You can filter and select the zones based on the following options:
All
Alarm
Trouble
Bypass
Fault
Others
Click Apply to apply the selected filter.
All the configured zones, along with the Device Type, Response Type, and the Status details are displayed.
You can click the following to view and monitor the status:
Zone Number: To view the zone number.
Description: To view the description of the selected zone.
Device Type: To view the device type.
Response Type: To view the response type set to the zone.
Signal
Strength: To view the signal
strength of wireless sensors devices.
For the Firmware version prior to 6137, the value displayed is
24 hours old.
For the Firmware version 6137 and later, the value is displayed
in real-time.
Status: To display the status of selected zone.
Alarm: To monitor zones with alarms.
Trouble: To monitor troubled zones.
Bypass: To monitor bypassed zones.
Fault: To monitor faulted zone.
Others: To display the status of zones in miscellaneous state.

Note: At the top right corner of the Panel tab, you can click Refresh Panel Status to obtain the status of the selected panel. |
