The Keyfobs page enables you to view, search, add, edit, and delete keyfobs.
The Keyfob is a small security device with built-in authentication.
The Keyfobs page lists the partitions with the associated keyfobs, along with the Starting Zone #, pairing details, Keyfob Type, User #, Button Type and Serial Number.
To search for a keyfob:
In the
AlarmNet 360 home page,
type the City-CS-Sub or MAC
ID of the device and then click Search.
The account number, along with the device details, appears.
Under
Actions, select
Edit and then click
the
icon. The Account Overview
page appears.
In the left pane, click Keyfobs.

Note: By default, the list of partitions and the associated keyfobs is displayed. Click View By KeyFobs to view the list of all keyfobs. |
Type the Serial Number/MAC in the search bar and then press Enter. The relevant keyfob is listed.
The Add Keyfob option enables you to create a new keyfob. You can select the number of buttons for different actions.
To add a new keyfob:
In the Keyfobs page, select Add Keyfob. The Add New Keyfob dialog box appears.
Enter the following:

From the list, select the total number of buttons that must be present in the key. |
Available Starting Zones |
From the list, select the next available key zone. |
Serial Number |
Type the serial number for the key. |
User Name |
From the list, select the user to whom the keyfob must be assigned. |
Based on the selected serial number, the button keys, and the assigned zones, you must now select:
Action: From the list, select the action. Action must be configured corresponding to the configured loop and zone.

Note: Loop: Loop settings allow a keyfob to behave in different ways, based on which loop it is programmed to. |
Click Save. A confirmation message appears.
Click OK.

With the relevant access permission, you can edit the existing keyfobs.
To edit a keyfob:
From the keyfobs list, click
the
icon
against the relevant keyfob. The Edit
Keyfob dialog box appears.
You can edit the relevant fields and then click Save.

Note: Based on the permission levels, the No. Of Keys, Available Starting Zones, and the Serial Number fields are disabled. |
With the relevant access permission, you can delete the existing keyfobs.
To delete a keyfob:
From the keyfobs list, click
the
icon against the relevant keyfob.
A warning message appears.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
